Accoyo UK Limited is an association of UK alpaca breeders formed to import alpacas from Macusani, Peru into Europe.

Our first trip in 2001 had taken us to Peru, to photograph and catalogue the Alpaca’s. The second trip a year later was to follow the exported alpacas around the globe to Switzerland, where they were in quarantine, before being flown out to their new homes in England.

Our job on this trip was to photograph the alpacas again, for promotion, and create an identity for Accoyo UK Limited.

The intention of the identity is to indicate a sense of place in England, with reference to its mountain origins in Peru.
